Included in your castor oil pack is one 6″ X 60″ muslin strip, an 8 ounce bottle of pure castor oil. and a quart size resealable bag. You need to supply the generic plastic wrap and heat source.

Instructions for applying a castor oil pack.
- soak the muslin in castor oil.
- Apply the soaked muslin to the area of your choice.
- cover with plastic wrap
- apply low heat.
- Relax for a few hours.
Castor oil packs can be applies over sore and swollen joints, the lungs, the liver, and the the pelvis.
